Ninth Wisdom is an online Vedic astrology studio offering consultations, live classes, recorded courses, prediction reports and books, taught by Dr Arjun Pai and guest teachers. These Terms apply when you purchase or receive anything from Ninth Wisdom. Before payment you are shown the service, price and applicable policies; by completing a purchase you agree to these Terms together with our Delivery Policy and Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Nature of the service
- Readings, classes, reports and publications are provided for educational, cultural, spiritual and self-reflective purposes.
- No outcome — financial, professional, relational, health or otherwise — is predicted with certainty or guaranteed.
- Nothing we provide is medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and it does not replace such advice.
- Services are intended for customers aged 18 or older.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) or Indian rupees (INR). The service, final amount and currency are confirmed before payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which issues the receipt. We never see or store your full card details.
- You must provide accurate contact details and, where a service is prepared from your chart, accurate birth details.
Membership
- Studio Member and Inner Circle memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your confirmation email or by writing to support@ninthwisdom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Membership gives streaming access to the recordings library and entry to live classes while it is active; it does not transfer ownership of recordings. Member discounts apply to purchases made while the membership is active.
- Inner Circle mentoring sessions are scheduled by email and do not carry over if unused in their quarter, unless we were unable to offer a time.
Course materials and recordings
- Recordings, slides, reports, ebooks and other materials are licensed for the purchaser's personal study only.
- Copying, sharing, reselling, uploading, public screening or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
- Reading recordings are for the client's private use.
Changes and cancellations by us
We may reschedule a reading or class where reasonably necessary, for example due to illness or technical failure. If no acceptable alternative can be agreed, the refund policy applies.
Consumer rights and governing law
Ninth Wisdom operates from British Columbia, Canada, and these Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, including India and the United States.
